Team Attendance

Select the Attendance button to view your teams attendance for scheduled events. Attendance functions are available to coaches, assistant coaches, and team managers assigned to the team. 

Attendance may include scheduled games, practices, and coach created events. The availability of attendance events is dependent on your club's configuration of PowerUp. 

Tracking Attendance

Coaches can track participant attendance for events that have passed as well as view the attendance intentions for future events.

Scroll to the desired date or use the Date dropdown to select the specific date.

For each player:

• The first column represents their set attendance (yes, no, maybe, unset). This is locked to coaches, and can only be updated by the player/guardian.
  • Note: depending on the club's settings, the ability for players/guardians to set their attendance may lock in advance of the event (e.g. 2 hours before, a day before, etc.).
• The second and third columns are used by coaches to record players' actual attendance (yes, no) at events. These columns are locked prior to the event.

Reports & Download

Coaches can download an attendance spreadsheet via the icon. The report includes all events in the season available at the time the report is generated.
