Inviting an Admin User to a Created Club

With the (non-PowerUp) clubs created, your next task is to invite at least one admin user to each of those clubs, so they can log in and have access to import players, submit teams for approval, etc..


To invite a new admin user to a (non-PowerUp Sports) club in your District:

  1. After logging into the Ontario Soccer Govern module as a District Administrator, click the Admin option in the navigation menu on the left
     
  2. In the expanded menu, click the Users option

  3. Use the dropdown in the upper right to select the club you wish to invite an admin user to


  4. Click the New User Invite button

  5. Enter the First Name, Last Name, Email Address, and select the appropriate role/position using the dropdown. When ready, click the Send Invite button in the lower right.
  6. The user will be sent an email inviting them to set up their password for logging into their club instance on the Ontario Soccer Govern module.
