You've set up your admin profile and have logged into the Ontario Soccer Govern module. Great! Now that you're logged in, your first task is to set up your Digital Signature.
Your Digital Signature is unique to you (so each district administrator, even within the same district, has their own!) and is used for things like official approved rosters. This means when you approve a team roster for a club, that unique signature is affixed and visible on it. No need to print and stamp/sign, then scan and send back to the club!
To set your Digital Signature:
- Once logged in, click your name in the very top right corner of the page.
- A menu will drop down. Select the View Signatures option.
- Select the Create Signature option.
- Select your preferred Signature Method
- The "Use my name" option (this option is selected by default) will create a text-based signature in stylized font.
- The "Draw new signature" option will allow you to draw your signature using your mouse or touchscreen.
- The "Use my name" option (this option is selected by default) will create a text-based signature in stylized font.
- When ready, ensure Save as my default signature is checked, and then save your changes by clicking the Save Signature button.
