Coaches have access to the Mass Email system to contact the players, coaching staff, volunteers and division convenors. Click Mass Email link in the Team Menu to get started.
Select Audience
Clicking on the Mass Email button brings the coach to this page where the desired team and recipients are selected.
Once the audience for the message is selected click Compose Message to continue.
NOTE: you will not be able to proceed to the next step without at least one (1) email address in your recipient list.
Compose Your Message
Fill in the form. Don’t forget a subject and attach any files you wish to send. Once finished select the Review button to finish and send your email.
You may also:
- Save Draft - saves your message to send at a later date. Your email contents and recipients list will be saved.
- Delete Email - deletes the email and recipients list. If you find that your recipient list is not correct, you will need to delete and start over.
- Reset Form - don’t like what you have composed? Start fresh!
- Cancel - cancel this transaction.
Review
Check email contents and select Send Email if ready.
You may also:
- Edit Message - takes you back to the email editor. Make any required changes
- Test Email - want to see what the message will look like when received? Enter your address and send a test message.
- Cancel - cancel this transaction.
- Delete Email - deletes the email and recipients list.
Send
Select Send Email when you are ready to send your email. Accept the final confirmation.
Success
You will be presented with a confirmation page noting that your message has been sent.
Email History
View your email history by selecting the See Email History button from the Success page. You can browse the Recipients, Message Body, and History.
