Your Team Schedule
Click the Schedule link in the Team Menu to access the event calendar monthly view of your team schedule.
Select your category and the month you wish to view. From here you can browse the schedule month to month.
You may also:
- Add an event
- View a report on your games or multi-team events
- View your 7 day schedule
- Print the onscreen schedule
Adding an Event
Add events for your team clicking the green [+] button in the upper right.
On the add event screen select your event type, date, start and end times and fill in your details. Add your team to your Selected Team list.
If you wish to monitor the team attendance choose attendance tracking for this event. Ensure your event is also marked Active and Save.
Your event will now be added to your team's schedule and will be visible to your players or parents in member profile calendars.
Event Schedule Report
To generate an event report showing all games and events for your team or division, click the orange clipboard icon in the upper right.
Select the type of report you wish to see. You can view Game Events for your category or Multi-Team Events. Multi-Team events are non-game events that have been added by an administrator, and may include picture days, practices or other events.
