Sign-Up, Switching Clubs, & Login Troubleshooting

Sign-Up

Access to Referee features is only available to approved users at the club.


NOTE: Applications cannot be completed via PowerUp Connect (the mobile app). You must complete the application via your club's PowerUp Member Zone on the web.


Switch Club

For users who are a part of more than one club, you can use the dropdown at the very top of the page (where the club’s name is listed) to switch to another club.


Quick Tip:
PowerUp allows you to use the same credentials to log into multiple clubs/organizations and establish your profile at each. Doing so is what allows you to switch between clubs in the app, as only those clubs you have logged into with the same credentials appear in the list. 

If you have multiple profiles (i.e. accounts under different emails) you will not be able to switch between clubs. You should reach out to your club/organization for assistance in merging your duplicate profiles in order to allow you to switch between clubs in the app.


 

Login Troubleshooting

To log into your account, enter the email address you used to sign up and your password. We recommend that you type the password rather than copying and pasting.


I forgot my password!

If at any point you forget your password use the Forgot your password? feature on the login page of the app. When used, the system will email you an encrypted link to reset your password.


If you have not received the password reset email, first check your SPAM and/or JUNK folders in your email program before contacting your club or volunteer administrator.
