Approving Team Rosters

Having review the players and/or team staff on the team roster, the next step is approving those players and team staff, and then approving the team.


QUICK TIPS:
All actions noted below (approving or rejecting players, team approvals) will trigger notifications in the system for the submitting club.

You must approve both players/team staff AND the team itself in order for the official approved roster to become available.



Approving ALL Team Members AND a Team

If you're happy to approve all the submitted players and team staff AND the team all at the same time, you can use the tool at the top of the page.

  1. Check the Include all players and staff box
  2. Click the green Approve Team + All Members button

Rejecting Team Members (Players and/or Team Staff)

Sometimes the majority of players and team staff on a submitted team are fine to be approved, but one or two members may require further scrutiny or actions by the submitting club. In this case, you can Reject just those one or two members of the team, but approve everyone else and the team. (NOTE: The club can resubmit those individual members for approval later)


To Reject a member of the team roster:

  1. In the Actions column on the right for either the Player or Team Staff member, click the three dots.

  2. You'll be given the option to Approve or Reject that particular team member. Select Reject.

  3. Their Roster Status will update accordingly and they'll be added to the Rejected section.

  4. You can add a Note that's visible to the club, explaining the Rejection of the team member if you wish. Use the Add Note button in the Notes column to do so.




Approving Team Members (Players and/or Team Staff)

You can individually approve each player using the three dots in the Actions column.




OR


You can approve them in bulk by checking the box on the left of each player you wish to approve. When you do so, a new green Approve Selected (#) button will appear at the top.


When you have selected all the players you wish to approve, click the Approve Selected (#) button.




Repeat the above for the Team Staff section at the bottom of the page.



IMPORTANT NOTE: 
After approving any and all team members, the last step in a Team Roster approval is to approve the team itself. See the section below for more information.



Approving the Team

After approving the relevant players and/or team staff, scroll back up to the top of the page and click the green Approve Team button.


Upon doing so, the official (approved) Team Roster, including your unique District Administrator digital signature, will become available to you as the District, and also to the submitting club's administrator(s).


Note that any players or team staff you did not approve (e.g. rejected) will NOT be included on the official team roster. Only those members you approved will be included.
