Setting a Team to Club Review

Modified on Thu, 9 Oct at 6:16 PM

Sometimes a team that has been submitted does not meet the requirements to be approved. For example, a club may have neglected to assign a head coach to the team, or did not include enough players to meet the minimum threshold required. In these cases, some action is required by the club before you can proceed with any approvals, and so you may choose to set the Team to Club Review.

Setting a team to Club Review will notify the club, allowing them to make changes as directed/needed and then resubmit to the District for approval.

QUICK TIP: You can still first approve the relevant players and/or team staff on a team you’re going to set to Club Review to save yourself some work later if you wish. Then, once the club has resolved the outstanding items and resubmitted the team, you can approve any other additional players/team staff and approve the team at that time as well.

To set a team roster to Club Review:

  1. Click the Set to Club Review button in the upper right.

  2. You'll be presented with the option to enter a note (visible to the club) as to why you're setting the team to Club Review.

  3. Once you've entered the note, click the blue Confirm Review button.
