Adding (Non-PowerUp) Clubs

With your District admin login created and your District's details/logo updated, your next step is to ensure all clubs in your district are set up with an Ontario Soccer Govern instance.

Clubs Using PowerUp Sports

For clubs which use PowerUp Sports as their registration software, they will already be connected to your District and there is no further action required of you for these clubs. You'll see they are listed in your District's directory already, with an indicator to the right of their name, and admin access will already be available to them.

For example, the "PowerUp Soccer Club" club below is a club which uses PowerUp, which we can tell from the icon to the right of the club name.

Clubs NOT Using PowerUp Sports

For clubs that are not using PowerUp Sports as their registration software, you'll need to create the club instance and provide access to at least one administrator at the club. (They can manage additional admin access afterward as needed).

Adding a New Club to Your District

To add a new (non-PowerUp Sports) club to your District:

1. After logging into the Ontario Soccer Govern module as a District Administrator, click the Directory option in the navigation menu on the left.
2. Click the Clubs tab
3. Click the Create Club button on the right.
   
4. A slide-out will appear from the right side of the page. Enter the required information, including the Club Name, Club Address, and Club Email. (Some details, such as the National and Provincial bodies, as well as the District will be pre-filled and locked for editing).
5. After entering all the required information, click the Create Club button in the lower right to complete the club creation process.
6. The club has been created and will now be listed in your Directory.
